Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 February 2026
1. Overview
This website ("the Site") is operated for the purpose of managing a private EuroMillions lottery syndicate ("the Syndicate"). By registering for an account or participating in the Syndicate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Syndicate is by invitation only. You must be aged 18 or over to participate in any lottery syndicate. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. How the Syndicate Works
The Syndicate is managed by the syndicate manager ("the Manager"). For each draw:
- Members register their entries via this Site or by contacting the Manager.
- Each entry costs the current stake price as displayed on the Site.
- Members must pay for their entries by bank transfer before the draw takes place.
- The Manager purchases EuroMillions tickets on behalf of all members using the pooled funds.
- Any winnings are distributed proportionally based on the number of entries held by each member.
4. Payment
Payment is expected promptly after registering entries. Members with outstanding unpaid entries may be prevented from joining future syndicates until the balance is settled. The Manager reserves the right to remove unpaid entries before a draw.
5. Winnings
Winnings are split proportionally among all members based on their number of entries relative to the total entries in that draw. Small winnings are typically reinvested into the next draw at no additional cost to members. Larger winnings will be distributed to members by bank transfer. The Manager will communicate the outcome of each draw to all members.
6. The Kitty
A kitty fund may be maintained to cover small shortfalls, top-up amounts, or administrative costs. Contributions to the kitty are voluntary. The kitty balance is visible to all members.
7. Syndicate Agreement
Each syndicate may have a formal Syndicate Agreement which members are asked to sign. This agreement outlines the specific terms for that particular syndicate. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific Syndicate Agreement, the Syndicate Agreement shall take precedence.
8. The Manager's Role
The Manager acts in good faith on behalf of all members. The Manager:
- Purchases tickets using the pooled funds and retains proof of purchase.
- Checks results and communicates outcomes to members.
- Distributes winnings fairly and proportionally.
- Maintains accurate records of entries, payments, and winnings.
The Manager is a volunteer and accepts no liability for errors made in good faith, system outages, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
9. Leaving the Syndicate
Members may leave the Syndicate at any time by withdrawing their entry before payment is made. Once payment has been made and tickets purchased for a draw, entries cannot be refunded for that draw. Members wishing to leave permanently should notify the Manager.
10. Data & Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
11. Limitation of Liability
This is an informal, private syndicate run on a voluntary basis. The Site and Syndicate are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Syndicate or use of this Site.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the Syndicate after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
